Interview
Muy bueno. Fue una entrevista grupal donde cada uno competia con el otro por el puesto de trabajo ofrecido por la empresa. Y se discutian aspectos técnicos
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TIMAC AGRO International (Reading, PA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Was contacted after submittal of my resume to a specialty sales job. First I set up a time of 11am for a phone interview but the recruiter suggested an earlier time of 10am to which I obliged but then sent an email that morning saying 11am worked and then called me at 10:15. I did well enough in the phone interview to be referred to an in person interview. We set a date and then that date was changed to a different date because I was told the business unit director had shoulder surgery. No big deal. I then receive another follow up email from the recruiter that the interview is being cancelled because they are not filling the position (it's still listed on the companies website, shady).

Question 1
Asked me general questions about my background and focused on my previous sales experience, especially my pull through from the farmer level sales experience.
