TD Software Developer interview questions

Submitted my resume via the system used by my university. They select applicants really quick. Actually one of the first few employers to complete interview selection so I guess they use some technology to sort resumes. Mostly talking about resume. One standard interview question.

interview is tough and paper test. ask lot of questions. there is a group interview. each people ask diff question. they also ask lots of tech questions. why I need to find a new job. what is your strong skill?
