TD Senior Manager interview questions

Started off informal, met someone for coffee. Then that progressed to a meeting with a VP and then eventually the SVP. The VP was rough, the SVP was rough but I didn't know it at the time. What I'd really like to stress is networking. The bank likes to hire internally and can be a hard nut to crack. So, use every possible in-route you can, and maximize your potential success.
