TD Personal Banking Associate interview questions

Behavioural question around past experiences. The interview process is smooth and quick. Got to meet 3 person and the manager. Run day of day operational and causal talks. Lack of experience was not a hiring factor

There were two interviews, one over the phone and one over zoom. They asked me about times when I was told to improve something by my past employer, times I improved something without being directed to, and strengths and weaknesses. They pick up more info from the conversations they have between questions than the questions themselves.
