First do a test on the internet. After you pass the online test you will receive a phone interview.

Applied on internal website and told co-worker at the office I was applying. Received a call from a manager 2 weeks later where we scheduled a preliminary phone interview. The phone interview consisted of information about the role and a few questions about my employment background and knowledge of the markets. A week later, I had an interview in person with two other managers.
