Interview-phone was 1st part of interview-had a short memorization test to see how I would handle details from customer's phonecalls. 2nd part was group interview where they discussed the 'wow' concept and how TD bank wows their customers from there we scheduled a 3rd interview one-on-one with a hr specialist to determine where we would fit in, we had to discuss our background, expertise that related to job and after that if we received a call (which I did) then we offered different schedules based on what hours and days we were available to work. We also had our fingerprints run to State police (done at TD), and drug test.
