I found the job through the University of Waterloo coop program, applied to it through the university jobmine application, and received an interview through it. There was a single 1:1 interview with many Java and OO programming principles questions; I think there were 8-10 questions. The interviewer acted and dressed in a professional manner, and the interview was formal. I received an offer during job rankings.
