I went through 3 interviews plus one written test on my data analytics ability. The interviews were with HR, Manager and then finally Senior Manager of my team. It was a very quick process and I got hired right after meeting the Senior Manager. The people there are friendly and it is a corporate culture.

The interview consisted of a formal interview with the branch manager and afterwards a interview with the branch supervisors. Basic questions were asked. Mostly looking for goal oriented people with an ambition to sale and team spirit. The are very big on customer service due to there quarterly customer satisfaction survey which is a BIG deal to them, far beyond the sales goal.
