TD interview questions

The interview was very casual and was really more of a conversation than a real interview. None of the tipical interview questions. Briefly discussed my experience. Was immediately offered the job. I was over qualified for this position and only took it becuase my student loans were coming due, so the interview process may be different for someone who is a better match for the position that they are interviewing for.

My initial hiring was done by an HR representative. The interview environment was laid back, professional and direct. The hiring process was very straight forward and consisted of a hiring package which contained details pertaining to salary, benefits and other information related to the job.
