I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Markham, ON) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was short-listed and was sent an online assessment to complete via email. Once completed, I was scheduled for a telephone interview with HR which included questions such as 'how do you follow the markets', strengths and weakeness, a time when you made recommendation, a time when you improved a process. Following the telephone interview, I had an in-person interview where I was asked a series of behavioural questions such as, what does team work mean to you, what are your greatest accomplishments, what motivates you....
Almost entirely behavioural questions but you need to show passion for the financial markets.

Question 1
What in your opinion is the single factor that affects the financial markets
Interviewed by only the manager of customer service. Sometimes it depends on the branch whether there's going to be more than one interviewer. The branch was busy when I came in for my interview and so the other senior staff/ managers couldn't sit in for my interview.

Question 1
There wasn't any most difficult or unexpected question. All the questions focused on customer service scenarios - how you'd deal with certain situations (e.g.: deal with difficult customers), how do you go above and beyond to satisfy a customer? They were all inter-related.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Applied through online site, which is one of the better ones out there. The first interview was with a recruiter which was done over the phone. It was a typical behavioural interview with expected questions and typical HR questions. Next was with direct hiring manager. Specific questions about RM knowledge overall. Then with AVP. Much easier, just conversational.
