TD interview questions

3 step process: 1) initial phone interview covering basic resume questions, availability, salary expectations, situational questions with a lot of focus on sales and customer service, i.e. describe a situation where you went above and beyond to meet a customer's expectations 2) online assessment and personality test 3) Face to face interview, 2 team managers, really friendly, more probing and assessing how you feel towards customer service etc

Had three round of interviews. The surprising part was that my second one was with HR. Really good questions and great conversation. All the questions were good and they also gave me a good understanding of the role and responsibilities.
