TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

After a long wait following the online test, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were mostly related to sales experience and how well I was able complete my sales.

Personality based with phone interview then in person interview pretty easy. Mostly common sense questions and asked about how I was proactive in daily life. The wait times between the interview and offer were pretty long. The last thing was the police clearance that took a while.
