TD interview questions

I went in as a customer to clear up my online access and had a very nice conversation with an FSR about various banking and personal topics. I asked if they were looking for help and he said yes. I received a call from the manager the next day. My interview was very conversational and pleasant. We talked about our backgrounds in banking, sales, personal interests and hobbies, schedule, family life, etc. I applied directly from the manager's computer right in the store, and was hired on the spot, pending background checks. i spent about an hour and a half in her office, and dropped off my resume later in the day. She introduced me to the assistant manager, and invited me to call back to schedule a conference call with HR. I did have a strong banking, mortgage and sales background so the job was a perfect fit. Within a few days I received a call from the recruiter who made the official offer with salary which was higher than i indicated on the application.

I was referred by a high-ranked senior management from TD. There was only one round of interview, with the Senior Manager and 3 managers under him. The questions were mostly behavioural with some technical. Each manager took turn to ask me, but the structure was very informal. After the interview, I got the offer a day after from a phone call by the Senior Manager. The whole process was very quick but that might be due to internal referral.
