I had to do a personality test prior to the prep for the interview.
One phone interview with HR personnel from TD.
Then had a one on one Interview with one HR person and one senior manager. They asked a lot of situational behavioural questions. They also had me take a skills test.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Situational questions mostly

Tell me about a time when you had a disagreemnt with a co worker and how did you handle it?
What are your weaknesses and strengths?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (London, ON) in May 2015
Interview
applied during a hiring event. Received an email a few days later to complete an online test. I didn't "pass" the test and I don't know the reason behind it. I completed the online test to my best ability and honestly do not know why they rejected the result. A branch manager even recommended me, but seems like the HR department doesn't like me for some reason. Anyhow, I find the system to be rather subjective, since all they based on is your ability to score on the test, rather than your actual performance. Otherwise, the process was okay. I did received a bonus "interview" with a manager but again HR makes the final decision so no luck for me.
