There were four interviews that had more to do with the culture than the job. The first was with Human Resources. The second was with the hiring manager. The third interview was with the hiring manager's manager and the last was with a senior manager within the division but to whom I would not report.

Question 1
TD is not like other banks, how will this effect you on the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY)
Interview
It was very quick and easy. Applied online and received a phone interview two days later. The HR recruiter asked basic questions. A few days later, I came in for an interview with the Head Teller and Assistant Manager. The questions very straightforward and mainly focused on behavior in particular scenarios.
Applied online and waited about a week before getting the first call from HR and did a phone interview. She asked questions about why you wanted to work for TD and what about banking that appeals to you and talked a bit about pay. Then she will schedule you for a face-to-face interview with the store manager where you applied. I was interview by two different managers, one from the store I applied to and on from another branch. After the interview, I get a call from the same HR telling me about what to go about next in the hiring process, so I am assuming that i got hired. I then did the fingerprinting and background checks.
