I applied in-person. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in May 2015
Interview
Walked in and asked to speak to a manager. Spoke to three different managers over a 1.5 hour process (because the bank was empty). Ultimately I am very good with on the spot questions and meeting new people. I know that most often people apply for the position online, but I always suggest to potential candidates to walk in to branch level.

I was hired by requirtment downtown. The HR rep i got was awful she did not get back to me when she said she would, and she did not find me a placement after she hired me. It took me one month and a half to find a placement, and i did that by finding my own branch and interviewing their.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TD (Markham, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
The procedure is very straight forward for me. The process took around 2~3 weeks. I submitted my resume directly to my home branch. I had 3 interviews in the same day with three different managers in the branch. Each interview length between 15~30 min. A couple days after the interview, I got an email asking me to create a profile on TD Career and complete two judgment assessment. A couple days later I received a call from HR said I got the position.
