Interview
Applied online. 3 days later, I received an email to do an online personality test which was quite long. a week later I received a call from the main office to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly personality interview, resume, and experience. Ex: tell me an occasion when you went above and beyond to satisfy customer, what is your long term goal, why TD?, why do you want to move from your current job to TD?
At the end of interview, I was told that they would arrange an in branch interview and that I would be contacted. 5 days later, district manager contacted me and set up an interview appointment. It took more than an hour. He asked about everything. From hobbies to work experience and CV. EX: how do you perform in the sales role. give example. How do you treat an angry customer?, define your personality using 4 words, how does your boss define you? .....
Very friendly environment. Not a challenging interview. I felt relaxed during the interview. I was told that I would be contacted within 4-5 business days and if they need another interview, it would be a phone interview.

Interview
About a month after placing my application online, I received a call inviting me to join a group interview. The group interview was a wild experience. They asked about how we handle conflicts with company policy, dress code, etc. A few days later, I received an offer to interview at my local branch. After a brief wait, I was invited into the conference room. The Branch Manager and two Assistant Managers were present. We reviewed my resume, and I was asked a few basic questions about cash handling and customer service. They offered me the job, conditional on my passing a drug test.
