TD interview questions

I went to a recruiting event at TD bank. I met with two branch managers at the same time. One woman asked me roughly twenty or more questions from a list of suggested questions that had many sections, the other woman basically just listened. There were a lot of scenario / hypothetical questions such as "what would you do if a customer..." and "tell me a time about a time when you were unhappy with your manager or last job"..

I submitted my resume on the website of TD, after about 2 weeks I got an email from them and they let me do 2 online quizes. Then two weeks more , they told me there would be a telephone interview for me. I prepared like 3 days and got that call.
