Interview
First: I applied Online
Second: Received an email, requesting that I complete an online assessment (it was basically a personality assessment, in a multiple choice format)
Third: Was informed that I passed the assessment and then scheduled a phone interview (very brief, just asked why I want to work for TD, and gave a description of the position)
Fourth: Scheduled for an in-person group interview

Question 1
Were put into groups of 6, went in front of everyone to do a role-play with one of the interviewers (there were 5 interviewers total)
The interviewer acted as a customer with a complaint
Were put into groups of 4, were given 10 minutes to prepare a 2-minute presentation about what is so great about TD, which we then presented in front of everyone
The group of 10 of us who were being interviewed sat around a conference table and were each given 2 minutes to explain to everybody why TD should hire us.

Slow process, however it is very much based on first impression. Make sure to dress to impress and prepare for interview questions to appear professional. Tellers turnover rate is high, opportunities should be there.
