TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had my first interview with a senior executive who was from Toronto. After about one month I got another interview, this time with 2 customer service managers. About a month and a half later I got a call to come interview with the branch manager at the branch I got hired at.

The process was quick, employer asked me a few questions in regards to my role in td and previous work experience. Employer made sure my past experiences were relevant in my new role at td canada trust.
