Very easy, the manager is very nice and just ask me some general questions and some behavior questions like tell me a time you need to deal with the difficult customers. The interview takes about 0.5 hr.
I applied it in person at the branch, got a phone call to schedule interview after 1 week, and interviewed in the same week. The branch manager and the CS leader interviewed me. The questions are very basic, just like any other interviews.

Applied online. Got a phone interview call unexpectedly and then they forwarded my application to a branch. I had to give them my general location to forward resume to, but it turned out it went to a branch that didn't need my second language as an asset since it would've been preferred to be fluent in another language given the demographic.
