Phone Interview, followed by Interview with customer service manager followed by interview with branch manager. Phone interview was conducted by a talent acquisition/hr employee. Branch manager interview was conducted after manager of customer service had chosen me for the job

I was interviewed by the Communications Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager, the interview was thorough and casual- I believe to sense out compatibility and social awareness. Some questions about experience and typical scenarios were also given.
