TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online. Got called 2 weeks later for a phone interview then scheduled an in person interview which took place 1 week later with 2 managers. straight forward questions and very friendly managers. At the end of interview they asked me when I am ready to start so that means they confirmed am hired before official letter. then 2 days later I received an official email with offer.

Interview process was very straight forward. I showed up and they asked me a couple questions about how I would handle different scenarios. Then they talked about TD's values and what they find important. They also gave me a run down of the office.
