On the phoe after I applied like 10 times. The lady was nice, but right away they want you to work 12 to 8 PM. This way I have to do shopping and cooking in the morning and hope my wife is in the mood to go out with me for breakfast and not for dinner:)

Past experience and education oh yes am I planning to travel in the next 30 days. That was a pretty silly questions when you try not to peak out of the window an extra time.

The interview process was simple and straight forward. Sales heavy questions, behavioural questions and the typical "sell me this pen" question. Had two customer service managers interview me and it went really well.

Interview
The whole process took 4 weeks. I created a profile on the TD career website and then I applied for the position. After a week, I did a simulation and personality test. Another week past and I did 1 call interview and 2 video interviews. By the end of 4 weeks, I got the job.
