The phone call and virtual call interview asked very similar questions that revolve around situation-based questions in previous or hypothetical settings. All parties were very nice and welcoming, overall a very good experience.

Interview
After being selected based on my resume, I was sent an Initial personality test that was to be completed online. Once that was passed then I was called in for an in person interview, and then a 2nd interview followed after that.
Asked about my past experience. Schedule availability. When can you start? Do you always achieve your goals? How do you adapt to changes. If I was a team player? Discussed salary and joining formalities.
