Fast turnover. I received an invite for 1st round interview a week after submitting my resume. A few days later, I got an invite for 2nd round interview. After the interview, I got a rejection email
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Did a full interview, no contact for 3 weeks after. Got rejected after the long wait, with an email from one of the employees who conducted the interview saying they thank me for interviewing and to feel free to reach out for feedback. So as a student, of course, I reach out for feedback to help me improve and I get no response. I wait 1 week and follow up AGAIN, and still absolutely nothing. Not only did the entire process take over 6 weeks (application to rejection), they could not even give me 2 sentences of feedback. If you're too busy for feedback, just don't say you are happy to give some in the rejection email! Crazy.

Question 1
Describe a time you solved a problem with a team member/colleague.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2023
Interview
Only a single round interview- The interview was over the phone on teams. Two people would interview normally an analyst and a director. Very pleasant experience. The interview was fast paced, so not much time for pleasantries but everyone made it comfortable. Definitely nerve-wracking if you're an over thinker due to the fast pace.
