Interview
There are three rounds of interviews in total, the first round interviewer is hiring manager, the second round interview is with a manager from internal audit, and the third round will be the on-site super day. I only made it to the second round. The first two rounds of interviews only asked detailed BQ questions, no tech questions at all. At the end of the second round of interview, I was asked if I could participate in the final round of onsite interviews, at that time I didn't give a reply that I could definitely participate. I'm not sure whether I was eliminated because of this reason. Overall the experience was good, the HRM and business manager were well-prepared, they had a list of questions from which they could select questions to ask and they elaborated on their views after I answered each question. But in the end, the interview result was not given within the deadline they stated.
The interview process was very quick, easy, and very efficient. The interview took less than twenty minutes, salary was brought up quickly, little room to negotiate the salary. The guy interviewing me was relaxed and made the interview very non artificial.
