TD Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Applied online but not selected. Went into one branch for informational interview. There was vacancy. They forwarded resume to HR. I was asked to complete an online assessment then phone interview followed 2 days after. Personally, I knew I didn’t do well during the interview. I couldn’t answer ‘What does customer service mean to you?’ Waiting if I would be called for 1:1 interview. My advice is be prepared. Do your research well and know what you have to say.

Typical interview question such as behavioural questions. Was asked about salary expectations and location. I was also told that my information given during the phone interview would be passed on to the relvant branch and that if they saw fit they would set up a face to face interview. still havent heard back from them.
