It was with two interviewers. It was actually highly conversational and very much focused on behavorial questions. I didin't get asked any techinicals despite prepping for them. They really care about fit factor so make sure to explain why TD and why the trading floor in perticular.

A quick phone call (~10 min) and not too serious. Just asked a few questions about previous experience and why I wanted the job. Very casual and not stressful at all.
If you get hired as Personal Banker Trainee, they can throw you to any branch they want until you get hired at a Permanent Branch for which also you have to again interview.
Be mentally prepared to work 12 pm to 8 pm shifts. If you work from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays, you have to work extra 1 hour on other days.
It's very difficult to transfer loans from other institutions to TD. I used to work at other bank and moved to TD and they didn't transfer my loan. I am paying 4% higher interest there. Not to mention, inspite of being staff you pay annual fees for credit cards.
The amount of work pressure they put you for referring to wealth partners is insane. Other top FI don't have that. Targets are double than quarterly targets at other FI with similar or lower pay.
You won't have a book of clients like other financial institutions and you shall be helping clients in the lobby and also be working as a teller.
The overall workplace is toxic and the branch managers are under constant pressure and treat you poorly.
The mutual funds you sell have MER of >2%, you will feel ethically wrong to even sell TD products.
The benefits for glasses is $300, other banks have $400 benefits. All benefits are super expensive as compared to other FI.
