Interview
They ask you a series of situational/behavioral questions. It's purely based on how well you will bond with your team and how you will behave in front of customers. TD is very customer orientated and is always on the look out for individuals who will put the customer first and provide the best service possible.

Interview
Phone interview first, then scheduled a in person interview right away. questions are nothing special. Two managers in the interview, asked few questions like strenth and weakness, did you have a confict with your manager etc. They just want to make sure that you are committed to work for at least 2 years.

Interview
First printed off 5-6 resumes, and walked inside 5-6 branches to ask for manager/or anyone who I could discuss employment opportunities with. Two branches conducted informational interviews with me, which led to actual interviews with the MCs and Branch Manager.
