As a high school senior, entering this beginner-friendly program aimed at educating kids about finance and taking them through the same rigorous investment banking interview process as a fourth-year analyst is challenging. Throughout the early talent program, there is no preparation for this type of interview. They treat you as a university student seeking an internship, assuming you have likely read Wall Street background material, and as a result, as a naive senior in high school, you are going to face a tough time.

I had an initial recruiter call for 45 mins where she briefly spoke about the role and asked me questions about my experience. The second round was for an hour with the manager and few team members in a teams call. They asked questions about the the job role. I got a call back immediately the next day with the offer.
