TD interview questions

As an applicant for a bank teller position, the interview process typically began with submitting an online application and resume, followed by a phone screening with a recruiter. During this initial conversation, I was asked about my previous experience, availability, and interest in the role. After passing the phone screening, I was invited to an in-person interview at the bank branch, where I met with the hiring manager. This interview involved behavioral questions to assess my customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle financial transactions accurately. I was also asked situational questions to demonstrate how I would manage challenging scenarios, like dealing with an irate customer or detecting fraudulent activity. Sometimes, I participated in a role-playing exercise to showcase my interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
