I applied online in Dec, 2015. After few days got an email that they wanted to move further after carefully reviewing my resume carefully. Got an invite for online assessment which I completed and sent. Then got a call for telephone interview which went well. Interviewer was friendly and questions were related to experience in sales and customer service. Got an invite for group interview next week.

TD opportunity for a CSR position was posted on Indeed jobs for PT, came across it and applied online. HR will forward an email for you if chosen to do an personality test, once you pass the personality test you will have to do an online interview for HR. Did 1/1/16 and it's currently 1/4/16 yet to hear back. I'm guessing if HR likes you're online video interview they'll call up the BM and schedule you an in-person interview and thats when you get hired.

I applied in branch. I interviewed at TD. They gave me a phonic interview after online application and an online assessment test. The recruiter was very friendly and patient. The questions were all behavior questions. Preparing is best solution for this kind of interview.
