TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

2 stage interview - 1 stage is with the team leaders (2) - 2nd is with the director of the department - they take you into a small room with no windows and you are facing 2 of your future team leader. THEY WANT TO SEE CHARISMA and how outgoing you are - if you fail to do so, you wont pass stage 1 -

First online application, second phone interview, then online interview, then group project, then one-one interview .. The group was about 30 people divided in 5 groups. 3 hours in the group project and 15 minutes in the 1 to 1 interview with a manager In my group there was a guy that already have the job offer, this is not fair for the rest of the participants. I did not receive and offer, they call me to let me know that i was not part of the selection. I ask for feedback and they said that the selection was very "competitive", and to try again next time.
