TD Risk, Compliance interview questions

The EVPs of this bank should read these posts on this site- I am a very experienced banker and have been on 3 interviews for jobs in the back office environments of TD Bank in NJ. It seems to me that they DO hire within, which is great, but then don’t post your jobs out to the public if you are going to hire within anyway. What a waste of time. Also, they have their Managers do all the interviews??!! HR doesn’t even screen or hold the initial phone interview. Speaking of, forget about their HR dept’s, they are horrible! No follow-up, follow-through, response to emails or phone calls. Guess they don’t care that they have tons of jobs to fill. Reading others comments, I guess I dodged a bullet.
