HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
I had an initial 5 minute interview, but then we scheduled an in person interview at the branch. The in person interview was quite relaxed and it was more like a conversation than an interview, however they still got their questions across.

They asked me if I had any experience with upselling products or services.
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.

there were two interviews with the hiring manager and HR person. took approximately 3 weeks from begin to end of when first applied. normal type of behaviour questions were asked
