It was a fair, honest questions and process. Only took one interview. The interview was more of a brainstorming session rather than a traditional interview of Q&A. 30 word minimum here is too much to demand.

Was referred by a recruiter to an opening for a project role. Interview consisted of 2 rounds. The first was with 3 managers/senior manager, one after the other. The 2nd was with the AVP.

Not very difficult as I had industry experience, and layed out all of my experience for them to assure them that I was well qualified for the role. I also took time to research the scope of the project before-hand and discuss my understanding of the project to show that I was informed.
