phone call interview then face to face.. i was hired through internally so it plays to my benefit to know the verbiage and skills needed for the role. have good accreditation but most importnat is the skills and abilities you have proven to have in a company like this

Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
