Conversational experience , hiring manager was cordial and made process comfortable, was lively and so I was at ease to deliver a strong performance. Great information was shared about the role and expectations from the candidate. Experiences of working with the bank was shared providing a sense of the strong employee focused culture at TD.
Smooth and structured. It was a panel interview focused on large programs and governance where data integrity and multi integration were key. Legacy data from two system wer brought into one single platform.
