Interview
Very brief - i was brought in based on previous post and resume shared with Manager. Very informal for my experience. It was for a PM role on the retail application with TD. The interview focused more on a cultural fit and the ability to deliver.
It was far more rounds of interviews than I had expected for this role. I had a phone round followed by several round of interviews with various team members. I would say it was more than 360.

There were very generic behavioural questions during the interview
Average, mostly based on questions pertaining to experience in project management and AML regulatory projects. Some questions pertaining to PM behaviors (leadership skills, planning skills, etc). Not a lot of technical questions.

Interview
I applied online and received a response within a couple of weeks. A recruiter reached out to set up an initial phone screen. The recruiter asked about my experience in project management, specifically any work in the financial sector or with regulatory projects. They also wanted to know my availability, desired salary range, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
