4 days ago set up the day and time for phone interview.
got call 5 mins late for the set time. and she said she didn't have my resume on hand.
a bit in rush during the whole interview time, only 15 mins for the whole procedure
asked about 15 questions, most about how to meet the targets and examples.
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
