Met with branch manager..assistant manager and fsm...met once..met again then one more time..took months for a decision. Then rushed for testing...terriblely slow is the hiring process after interview is completed

Telephone screen first, then schedule an interview at branch. Be interviewed by branch manager and manger of customer services.
Total interview time was around 30 mins. Questions are pretty general and easily prepared if you searched top interview questions online.

Phone/ in person several scenario questions. Had done Canadian security course and ivestment funds of Canada courses a few times. Several times have done the role under various names but never progressed to a higher level due to moves. Many branches starting as a casual teller after uni to every level before it was called fsr. Enjoy d the staff and most clients.
