The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
the process was fairly normal hr call you you do a online assessment. after the assessment you do a behavioural interview on the phone after that you would go to the branch and speak to the branch manager and have a normal interview with them. pretty simple normal process
Fair questions and two managers sat in for the interview, lasted for almost an hour, they want to know you can sell every sort of product they offer at the branch
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
3 round process. First round general, second round technical, 3rd round soft attributes. The questions aren't too difficult, as long as you've prepared ahead of time and understand what responses they're looking for. This job is an advisory position, so clearly they're looking to see whether you can advise affectively. Thus, they'll be looking for how well you can explain things, how affectively you can communicate, your overall mannerisms, etc.
