TD Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied in person. After one week I got a call for a face to face interview. (so basically I skipped the initial phone interview). The interview lasted about 35-45 min. Pretty straightforward question and mostly behavioral. Why TD? tell me about a time you were not successful in selling? strengths and weaknesses? describe the job. are you comfortable with the sales goal? After 3 days I got a call and offered the position. The background check will take about 1 week. My recommendation: don't waste your time by applying online. get dressed professionally and visit at least 20 branches and drop off your resume in person (if you really want the job).

Two managers of the bank interviewed me. I knew them both well because I had worked there 1 year already at the time. They asked a variety of questions and also explained everything that is expected of me. The interview lasted about 25 minutes. I accepted the position about 1 week later.
