Q: What would you do if you wanted to sell a credit card to the customer? Q: Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how you handled it.
Two rounds of interviews were conducted: first by HR and next by Manager Customer Experience and HR representative. It was a smooth process. And there are only behavioural questions. So it is not difficult.
