I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Markham, ON)
Interview
Had to do an online test which took about an hour. Mainly questions about your personality etc... (rate 1-5). After that i had a phone interview which was very straight forward. It actually felt like she read the questions off a piece of paper. Mainly behavioural questions and basic questions like Why are you studying what you are studying etc...
In person interview was with 2 managers at the branch. I absolutely loved them and we got along really well. Asked behavioural questions and about sales target experiences. Awesome interview and was excited to work there. Got an offer but had to decline because I received a full time offer at an accounting firm.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Applied on linkedin after a few days they called me for a phone interview. Behaviourhal questions were asked to identify how i would react in certain situations. After the phone interview they scheduled me an in person interview.
Interviewed by only the manager of customer service. Sometimes it depends on the branch whether there's going to be more than one interviewer. The branch was busy when I came in for my interview and so the other senior staff/ managers couldn't sit in for my interview.

Question 1
There wasn't any most difficult or unexpected question. All the questions focused on customer service scenarios - how you'd deal with certain situations (e.g.: deal with difficult customers), how do you go above and beyond to satisfy a customer? They were all inter-related.
