TD Customer Service Representative interview questions

Behavioural questions - talk about your work and life experiences - good experience - straight forward - no trick questions - know a bit about the bank - know your resume and background - do you have references at the ready? be on time!

Interview was relatively easy. Interview was conducted by Branch Manager and CSR Manager. It lasted about 1 hour. They went by the booklet questions and just some small talk. They made me feel comfortable, it wasn't intimidating at all. You get to see the workplace, get a general idea of how everything works.
