One interview in Branch, consisting of STAR method behavioural and group interaction/customer service questions. Make sure to mention that you want to take things one step further by incorporating educational moments in banking transactions as those have been the most beneficial in your personal retail banking experiences. They love hearing it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a moment where you had to make a judgement call due to an unexpected situation that raised between members of a team you have previously worked with.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (Lethbridge, AB) in Feb 2013
Interview
Submitted resume online and there was a detailed application screening. Several questions about past sales experience and customer service interaction. A few days later, I received an email saying I had passed the first screening, and the next step was an online questionnaire. It was actually a personality test, similar to a Myers Briggs. It was confusing to have a personality test because you want to naturally guess what kind of personality makes the best bank teller, and obviously you don't want to check something that says something like "I don't like being on time for things". As well, the test asks you to disclose your sex, female or male, which I didn't think was allowed to be asked in job applications. The test is probably through a third party, but I thought it was a little strange. I haven't gotten a call about a further interview.

Question 1
On the application, describing a time when you needed to meet a sales target.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TD
Interview
The first step is an online application. TD is a large company with standardized hiring process, which includes a "personality metric", which is also completed online. From here a regional hiring manager will conduct a phone interview, mine was scheduled the day after I submitted my online application. The phone interview is very easy, consider it more TD making sure you completed the application truthfully (which, of course you should have done). At this point you may be waiting, as you are then matched with a specific branch with an opening. This could be anywhere from immediate to weeks or months. Generally, for the entry level positions turnover is higher, therefore a position in your area is likely to come up sooner. The next step is an in person interview with the manager of customer service (MCS). If you are selected for the final round you will meet the branch manager for a second in person interview. You are not expected to have an advanced understanding of finance and banking at this point. It is an asset of course, and I recommend expressing interest, but not necessary. If selected, TD does a criminal background check, which takes two to three days. I received my offer the next day over the phone, pending a green light from the background check.
