The process included:
1. Online Assessment
2.Telephonic interview
3.Group interview
The online assessment was a mix of a simulation exercise of call center and behavioral questions.
The telephonic interview mainly focused on previous experience,explaining about the position,some situational questions

Interview
I had phone interview first after I submit my application online, and they asked you to finish the assessment online. Had interview with customer service manager and branch manager, they ask about behavioral type question and role plays for some situations. They called within a week after the interview and discuss about the offers.
