They ask about how you would seek things to customers. You don’t have to know anything about the specifics of their products. And then of course the typical question. Tell me about a time when...
Very standard CSR interview questions. Personality questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and walking the interviewer through your resume. There were also situational questions asking how you would deal with situations with unhappy customers or conflicts with others. Went for 30 minutes and was a good chat/experience.

Interview
The phone call and virtual call interview asked very similar questions that revolve around situation-based questions in previous or hypothetical settings. All parties were very nice and welcoming, overall a very good experience.
